Set a regular bedtime and stick to it

Week 2: Stepping It Up
Increase to 3-20 minute walks or runs
Add 5 push-ups and 10 squats after each walk/run
Cut out one unhealthy snack each day
Week 3: Consistency is Key
Maintain 3-20 minute walks or runs
Increase to 10 push-ups and 15 squats
Meal prep one healthy lunch or dinner
Your body is your business's most valuable asset. Invest in it.
Week 4: The Final Push
Try for 4-20 minute walks or runs
Add 10 lunges to your post-walk routine
Get 7-8 hours of sleep each night
Month 2: Leveling Up
Week 5: Welcome to Resistance
Introduce 2 days of bodyweight exercises (push-ups, squats, lunges, planks)
Keep 3 days of cardio (walks or runs)
Start tracking your food intake
You're not just changing your body; you're rewiring your brain for success.
Week 6: Adding Weight
If you're ready, add light weights to your resistance days
Increase cardio to 25 minutes
Try a new healthy recipe
Week 7: Pushing Boundaries
Increase resistance training to 3 days
Add interval training to one cardio session
Cut out sugary drinks completely
Week 8: The New You
Maintain 3 days of resistance, 3 days of cardio
Increase all exercises by 25%
Reflect on your progress and set new goals
